Job Summary:


Reporting to the Supervisor - Service Desk, this position will be responsible for providing technical support to all clients across many regional facilities.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Provides onsite, inperson technical support to all clients throughout the many Regional offices.
  • Works onsite/inperson daily to troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, printers and peripherals.
  • Supports all mobile hardware, iPad's cell phone, software, and associated wireless infrastructure including Citrix and VPN.
  • Sets up, configures, installs software on and tests new and reallocated computers.
  • Performs hardware moves and rollouts, ensuring that proper inventory control procedures are followed.
  • Maintains network accounts and Exchange accounts using Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:


Essential

  • Community college diploma in Computer Science Technology.
  • Two (2) years previous service desk experience and five (5) years' experience supporting various hardware and software in a networked environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of Windows 10 as well as M365 and Microsoft Office 2016 Suite.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Knowledge of Computer and mobile hardware devices and wireless technologies.

Preferred

  • Call tracking systems such as HEAT.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices or ITIL certification.

  • Flexibility in working hours will be required.
  • Must be able to perform all the necessary physical tasks associated with the position.
  • Travel will be required; incumbent must provide their own transportation.
