As a Marketing Automation Specialist supporting our Transportation & Electronics Business Group, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Developing the strategy and architecture for MA campaigns based on marketing priorities, target persona insight, customer journeys, industry trends and best practices that help drive lead nurturing, engagement and sales enablement/conversion
- Implementing scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking of Marketing Automation campaigns
- Ideating controls on all data inputs and outputs related to enterprise marketing automation platforms to drive data cleanliness
- Ensuring MA related activities adheres to corporate guidelines and laws around contact capture and communication (GDPR, CCPA)
- Building web form or landing page strategy and architecture for globally led priorities (i.e., contact us, ask an expert, sample/demo request, list signup, gated content)
- Advocating for endusers across contact and lead generating touchpoints to drive a relevant and differentiated customer experience
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Three (3) years in digital marketing and lead management experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Three (3) years of marketing automation combined experience with systems such as Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, and/or other
- Proven experience working with Eloqua and Salesforce
- Understanding of data privacy and antispam legislation
- Experience in B2B digital marketing
- Ability to easily transition from highlevel strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
- Customer journey mapping and marketing system utilization experience
- Industry Marketing Automation knowledge and best practices

May include up to 10% domestic/international
