UAP's Strategy & Growth team is a collaborative, high-performing and inclusive group responsible for maximizing value through optimization, growth, and transformation, empowering the organization to think innovatively and differently through trusted strategic advisory and partnership.

This team's scope is for all Canadian banners, including NAPA Auto Parts, CMAX, Altrom/Auto-Camping, Traction, TW, Cadel and Master Sourcing.


This position will support the VP and Director directly, and will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing team communications and events (including material), and supporting the development of senior executive presentations.


Job Description Role's Responsibilities**:


Administration (30%)

  • Provide administrative and office support, such as file creation, material/content translation (EN/FR) and maintenance of team folders/files and contacts database.
  • Manage leadership's travel logistics and expense reports. Coordinate and track team budget.

Communications (30%)

  • Organize and plan team events, meetings, and communications, both internal and offsite.
  • Support all strategy offsites with coordinating content/material development, managing logistics and agendas, developing summary reports and other tasks as needed.

Executive Presentations (40%)

  • Support VP and Director in development of seniorexecutive (CEO, CFO, etc.) presentation material, for global, company and executivelevel meetings.
  • Support the development of UAP strategy material, presentations and communications.
  • Support the development and coordination of Quarterly Business Review presentation material.
  • Support adhoc executive presentation development, preparation and supporting material.

Qualifications

To join out team:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, directly supporting senior leadership and/or executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools. Expertlevel PowerPoint development skills, with strong visual creativity and communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and French is a requirement.
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to proactively anticipate needs and organize/coordinate multiple concurrent tasks. Experience in developing internal processes is an asset.
  • Flexible team player with the willingness to adapt to changes.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information and data.
