You will work very closely with sales and operations leadership at the local branch level of some of our largest customers across the equipment rental industry, as well as others.
Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure seamless delivery of products and services, exceeding customer expectations. Collaborate with customer leadership teams to create strategic success plans, leveraging deep understanding of their business and technical objectives
Partner with internal teams and executives to ensure product success and drive customer retention and expansion
Experienced in managing accounts at the Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise level, with a proven ability to engage executive audiences effectively
Demonstrated track record in planning and delivering engagements, fostering collaboration across teams, and applying critical thinking
Familiarity with technology deployment applications and Enterprise architecture, with analytical prowess to derive insights from data
Knowledge or expertise energy, fleet management, or EV industry
