Element has an opportunity for a
Customer Support
Administrator/Login Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.
Responsibilities:
- Answer client calls and satisfy client requests, for a variety of items including; additional analysis, reports, invoice status, pricing, sampling status, billing, etc.
- Using the inhouse database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
- Organising couriers
- Maintain filing system
- Prepare mail
- Arrange correspondence for overseas deliveries
Skills / Qualifications:
- High school diploma with related experience
- Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
- On The Job Training Required: Quality System Training, WHMIS / Safety Training, LIMS
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
