Overview:

Element has an opportunity for a

Customer Support

Administrator/Login Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Administration career within a Global TIC business.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer client calls and satisfy client requests, for a variety of items including; additional analysis, reports, invoice status, pricing, sampling status, billing, etc.
  • Using the inhouse database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
  • Organising couriers
  • Maintain filing system
  • Prepare mail
  • Arrange correspondence for overseas deliveries

Skills / Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with related experience
  • Relevant experience within an office environment would be advantageous
  • On The Job Training Required: Quality System Training, WHMIS / Safety Training, LIMS
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising the quality of work or safety
