Description

Our BGC Clearwater team is looking for a Program Coordinator to help develop and assist with the creating of programming for youth in the Clearwater area.

Research, preliminary setup work, and work with potential partners to develop expansion locations for licensed childcare in the Clearwater region.
Assist with the update of a licensed childcare program plan.
Develop and assist with creating programming in line with the Boys and Girls Club 'Model for Success' and the licensed childcare program plan.
Assist with program specific Parent Handbook development.
Support, direct, and assist Program Leader positions.
Assist Team Leader with other duties as assigned.

Details:

Program Coordinator hours are fulltime at 37.5 hours per week
Must successfully complete the agency screening process, which includes Criminal/Vulnerable Sector Check, Secondary Interview and Child Safety Training as needed.
