We are currently looking for a
Lead - People & Culture to join KeyData's People & Culture team
Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, this role is responsible for overseeing all things people & culture for KeyData and its employees.

You will be responsible for policy and HR program execution, including daily HR operations and employee experience to support our growth goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and implement new HR strategies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with employee feedback and overall business strategy and goals.
  • Maintenance of HR policies that comply with local employment laws and regulations and address the needs of the company.
  • Responsible for addressing employee inquiries in a timely matter and finding solutions that benefit both the employee and organization.
  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of new employees in collaboration with Talent.
  • Maintenance of HRIS system, employee information and documentation.
  • Responsible for collaborating with relevant parties to facilitate employee immigration procedures and ensure compliance with LMBP Program.
  • Execution of adhoc HR projects.
  • Conducting annual engagement surveys and working to identify and execute engagement action items.
  • Strategize and own programs relating to employee engagement and performance management across the company.
  • Ensure midyear goal check ins and annual performance reviews are completed for every employee.
  • Maintenance and reporting of HR metrics.
  • Other duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Postsecondary degree/diploma or certificate in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
  • Strong communication & presentations skills, both oral and written.
  • Team player, who is willing to pitch in where needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • HR Designation
  • Experience working with teams across different geographical areas and time zones (Canada, USA, and India)
