PARTS ADVISOR to our team.


Requirements:


  • Ford experience an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of parts tires, accessories, and aftermarket options
  • CDK experience an asset
  • Experience in handling multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, problem solving skills
  • Time management skills and ability to multitask
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Motivated to succeed and grow

Responsibilities

  • Provide top notch customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Keeping current with all the latest and greatest aftermarket accessories
  • Maintaining an indepth knowledge of inventory parts, accessories, and tires
  • Knowing which suppliers to order from when working on a deadline
  • Prepare estimates and order parts and accessories under tight time constraints
  • Create, maintain, and stock the retail parts and accessories display
