    Job Title: SALESFORCE SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECT

    Work Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada

    The role of the Senior Functional Architect involves providing expert business process consulting services, understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to drive successful outcomes. This position serves as a link between technical and non-technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and uphold the highest standards of Magnet360 and Mindtree.

    Successful Salesforce Senior Functional Architects possess deep knowledge of Salesforce technology, excel in applying technology for business value, and effectively communicate solutions to stakeholders at all levels within client organizations. Individuals who are innovative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused thrive in this role.

    • Collaborate with the team to translate project requirements into clear user stories.
    • Coordinate project planning to ensure timely delivery.
    • Present proposed solutions to clients and prospects, aligning strategies with project objectives.
    • Identify sales opportunities and enhance customer experience.
    • Communicate project updates and escalate concerns when necessary.
    • Stay updated on new technologies relevant to Salesforce.
    • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality services consistently.
    • Participate in project closure and provide insights for better results.
    • Offer recommendations for project enhancements and process improvements.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Quick learner with the ability to think on their feet.
    • 6+ years of consulting experience, highlighting business processes and change management.
    • Strong communication skills and expertise in project execution.
    • Experience in Agile methodologies and offshore collaboration.
    • Proven ability to lead client meetings and mentor team members.
    • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

    Technical Expertise

    • Minimum of 4 years of Salesforce experience or equivalent CRM exposure.

    Preferable Technical Experience

    Preference for a college degree or equivalent.
