    As a Senior Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects within our organization.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

    Note:

    This role has an expectation of 3 days in the office per week, subject to change based on future business needs.

    Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

    Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.

    Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, vendors, and partners, to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

    Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize project disruptions.

    Manage project resources effectively, including budget allocation, staffing requirements, and task assignments, to optimize productivity and achieve project milestones.

    Facilitate clear and concise communication channels among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates, status reports, and presentations as needed.

    Evaluate and manage changes to project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and impact assessment.
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management effectiveness
    Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a project manager, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    Proficiency in project management tools and software including Jira & Confluence.
    Project management certification (e.g., We'll set you up for success by providing in-depth training with your team and mentors, working in partnership with our leadership team.
    Bachelor's degree or better in Business Administration or related field.
