    We are investing again in our internal team and are currently in the process of pooling candidates for the Recruiter role for our Project & Interim division .

    The ideal candidate for this role is someone who shares our passion for elevating the recruitment experience to help companies solve their business challenges and ultimately help people find rewarding careers.

    This role will be a key contributor to building our candidate pool by engaging with current and potential candidates.

    These efforts will be anchored by developing effective community outreach with industry groups and associations and utilizing LinkedIn and Indeed platforms to navigate the larger talent pool.

    Using your exceptional relationship-building skills, you will proactively develop a broad candidate base through high levels of outbound calling, online sourcing, referrals, candidate interviews, follow-ups, and networking.

    You will demonstrate your critical thinking expertise to assess the alignment of candidates' technical skills, fit, and experience with the job requirements.

    You will show a natural aptitude for creative problem-solving, understanding that the answer may not be obvious.

    You will drive excellence, leveraging various data sources and systems to source, cultivate, consolidate, and nurture a highly qualified candidate pool.

    Always act with your candidate's best interest in mind and be a partner to them throughout their career journey, using your empathetic people skills along with the data, tools, and insights Clarity provides.

    Your ability to connect the dots and identify opportunities wherever possible is an asset.

    A minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or Economics
    ~3-5 years within agency recruitment roles (360 or 180), preferably in Accounting or Professional Services recruitment OR 5+ years CPA background with some recruitment exposure.
    ~ Proven track record of hands-on recruitment, ideally in a remote environment.
    ~ You always bring your A-game and positive attitude, motivation, persistence, and a competitive edge to complement a top-performing team.
    ~ You are comfortable using Microsoft 360 (or similar) and various recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and Bullhorn.

    You will strive to understand candidate aptitudes, motivators, behaviors and goals through comprehensive interviewing techniques

    You will have a solid grasp of the Clarity brand and be able to explain to candidates why Clarity should be their recruitment partner of choice.

    You will have cultivated a robust and evolving candidate pipeline that includes candidates for current live roles and a pipeline for future roles.

    You can demonstrate expert knowledge of using different sourcing techniques including Boolean search, Xray, and various search architectures, etc.

    You can effectively identify and mitigate any candidate risk throughout the recruitment cycle.
    You begin to understand market trends and can adjust your pipeline activity in response to fluid market demands.

    You have expanded your foundational industry Accounting, Finance, and Data Analytics knowledge and are able to demonstrate expertise to candidates, clients, and peers.

    You hit your recruitment targets out of the park.

    You have established your brand and reputation as a credible recruiter who delivers on their promises and has built strong relationships with their candidates.

    You are a champion for change, participating in or leading internal innovations to make a great recruitment team, even better.

    COMPENSATION TIED TO PERFORMANCE:

    You'll be set up to succeed with the Project & Interim Recruitment team collaborating with client-facing Engagement Managers who develop/support you.

    We invest in training with a regular learning series and our leaders have a mandate to support your personal and professional development


    FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENTS:
    We're fully remote and flexible. You can work from anywhere and we'll provide you $1000 to set up your work-from-anywhere office.
