Schlossky Immigration Solutions Inc. is looking for a part-time (20hrs per week) Immigration Assistant to join our quickly growing team. You will work out of our Robson St. office.

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of Canadian immigration is essential for this position. You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Have an interest in Canadian Immigration and like to stay uptodate on the latest news
• Proactive, selfstarter, you can work with little supervision but also work well in a team environment
• You work well in a fastpaced environment, you work well under pressure and are good at prioritizing tasks.
• You have a college diploma or a bachelors degree in a related field
• You have excellent communication and writing skills in English (good grammar and spelling are a must)
• Spanish speaking is considered an asset

Your duties:

• Stay up to date on immigration news and updates
• Assist our immigration consultant in filling forms, drafting letters, drafting submission, creating internal checklists or forms as needed
• Update our CRM system as needed
• Maintain our filing system
• Perform other general and administrative duties as required

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week

From $18.00 per hour
