Job Description:

You will coordinate various projects and tasks relating to the new NexDrive and NAPA High Voltage programs.

This role will require an eye for detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple critical demands.

You will liaise between external partners and some internal departments and closely monitor reports, invoicing and payments. You will set up processes and participate in the creation of reports and presentations for partners and management.


The ideal person for this position is passionate about cars, innovation and emerging technologies, is not afraid of change and ambiguity, easily adapts to people and situations, is results-oriented, has a global vision, excellent judgment and a good dose of patience.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and help develop different projects within the NexDrive and NHV programs;
  • Provide recommendations and insights in order to improve delivery and execution of different tasks and projects;
  • Plan and coordinate the training offered with the various training centers identified. Track registrations, invoicing and reimbursements for training offered in class and online;
  • Ensure the creation and followup of purchase orders, follow up on invoicing and payments;
  • Ensure the business relationship with internal and external partners, support them in monitoring processes, and make their satisfaction a priority on a daily basis;
  • Create reports and presentations;
  • Follow up on measures relating to the content of partners and followups of the various projects;
  • Plan work meetings with facetoface and remote participants, take minutes of meetings and reports related to followups.

Qualifications:


Requirements:

  • College diploma, combined with 3 to 5 years of experience in a related field;
  • Good knowledge of tools in the Office suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Marketing skills and a businessoriented mindset. Clientcentric approach;
  • Familiarity with automotive service provider (ASP), automotive dealership and fleet operations are assets;
  • Negotiation and data processing skills';
  • Bilingual (English and French) mandatory.
