A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT MANAGER
Every day as a Project Manager at First Onsite is a combination of challenge, triumphs, and unexpected plot twists. No two days are the same, nor are any two projects the same.

Collaborating with the insurance adjusters, you inject the value of urgency, accountability and take the lead on seamless project restoration journeys for our customers.

Most importantly, you're the glue that holds the pieces of project management all together.

Acting as the primary liaison between clients, adjusters, and insurance companies, you build trust and rapport through clear communication and unwavering follow-up.

And with each accurate estimate, you demonstrate your unwavering commitment to excellence, leaving no stone unturned in your quest for project perfection and completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 + years of PROPERTY RESTORATION experience as a PROJECT MANAGER is a MUST
  • Proficient with Xactimate and Microsoft Office
  • Entrepreneurial mind set with strong customer service and business development skills/experience
  • Knowledge of Canadian building construction and codes
  • Experience planning and monitoring budgets


  • Valid driver's license

  • FULL G and clean driver's abstract
  • Clean criminal record
  • Ability to participate in a 24/7 oncall rotation
  • Work activities may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
