We are looking for a full-time
Payroll & Accounts Receivable Associate to join the finance department at our Administration office in Petrolia.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Perform payroll for large number of employees, ensuring accurate tax and benefit deductions in accordance with legislative and policy requirements
  • Respond to any payroll inquiries by internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain records pertaining to payroll and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and process accounts receivable invoices, monitor to ensure payments are accurate and timely, and follows up on all outstanding invoices
  • Prepare daily bank deposit and enter bank and credit card payments into accounting software

What you will need:


  • 3 Year Diploma in Accounting
  • 12 years related experience an asset
  • Experience with Sage 300 and Microsoft Office an asset
  • Attention to detail to process information accurately and quickly
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Documentation of COVID19 Vaccination

Compensation and scheduling:

- $ $21.07 per hour based on experience

  • Full-Time 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm
