Manager, Family Services, The Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of Hamilton

The Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of Hamilton is currently seeking a Manager, Family Services to join our staff based at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Burlington.

About the Job:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures optimal overall staffing throughout all properties for administration and sales
Oversees all cemetery managers and sales staff
Oversees administrative staff with respect to customer service
Oversees the overall management of interment orders and memorialization products
Meets with client families to help them make the best decisions in the purchase of the cemeteries' services and products
Responsible for managing various sales initiatives
Assists in the development of pricing structures for all products and services
Overall responsibility for the procurement of all manufacturing supplies and purchased products for resale
Other duties as required

Skills Required:

Honours Business Degree or related
510 years of experience in the cemetery industry and understanding of requirements
Ability to lead, coach, and influence others strong leadership skills
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of the Roman Catholic faith and traditions
