Fast growing consumer packaged goods company in Mississauga has an exciting opportunity on our Sales/Marketing Team for a Sales Support Administrator As the Sales Support Administrator, you will be playing an important role in coordinating sales-related activities within the company, providing administrative support to the Sales/Marketing Department, and liaising with our sales brokers.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about the nutrition and wellness industry and has excellent organization, interpersonal, and time-management skills.


Responsibilities:


  • Generate and deliver daily and weekly sales reports in a timely manner.
  • Responding and following up with requests from brokers and Sales/Marketing Team.
  • Coordinate shipment of samples for sales presentations to retailers and brokers.
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure all products, images, specs, and forms are delivered on time.
  • Prepare sales presentations and sales materials needed for sales accounts such as Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc.
  • Provide sales data or other information requested by Sales/Marketing team.
  • Coordinate all trade show registration and attendance and provide administrative support to attendees.
  • Coordinate instore demos, track and evaluate performance and ensure accrual is not overspent.

Qualifications:


  • Completed University Degree or College Diploma, with a focus or specialization in business.
  • Experience preferred (12 years of related work experience) preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to multitask and prioritize activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, balanced by excellent teamwork skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adjust to change in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, 'cando' attitude.
  • Strong computer skills required on PC based software
  • Excel (
    Intermediate Level Required), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
