Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and advise on diversity, equity and inclusion opportunities to inform programfocus development and training
  • Partner with peers and senior leaders to create a framework to address current and future DE&I proactively needs by analyzing current workforce data, employee engagement surveys, and external research to support the organization's current and future objectives
  • Prepare and deliver diversity and inclusion training across the organization. Review the organization's workplace, policies and procedures and propose updates to mitigate inequities and ensure inclusiveness, build on the DE&I roadmap and collaborate to ensure policy adoption.
  • Develop tracking strategies to monitor and evaluate the impact of programs, including organizational metrics; develop reports on program effectiveness and make recommendations for program enhancement and improvement
  • Support companysponsored Employee Resource Groups to ensure alignment with business objectives and DE&I mindset.
  • Partner with Global Learning & Development team on inclusive learning strategy to ensure that DE&I strategies are integrated into all the company's leadership and learning programs
  • Partner with the People & Culture organization, including Talent Acquisition colleagues, to design, develop and integrate key DE&I solutions into recruitment and development processes to attract, develop and retain the right talent
  • Manage and inform on DE&I communications together with senior leaders, partnering closely with the corporate communications team
  • Support the People & Culture organization with overall communications strategy and planning
  • Undertake all other duties and projects as may be assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant experience in HR, Business, or related fields
  • Progressive experience implementing diversity and inclusion programs in complex, highgrowth, fastpaced organizations
  • Proven leadership and relationshipmanagement experience in managing across functional relationships; superior ability to influence, lead, engage and build consensus across various levels of leaders through collaboration and influence while acting as an agent of change for process and system improvement.
  • Experience in developing strategies and executing initiatives that drive measurable results within the context of the organization's talent
  • Strong global mindset and understanding of various global cultures.
  • An inspirational style that will challenge/inspire colleagues/partners to achieve business results; a clear understanding of business operations and DE&I priorities, and able to articulate them to audiences within and outside the organization.
  • Evidence of developing and implementing industryleading best practices
  • Strong executive presence and mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to inspire, motivate and mobilize team and colleagues
  • Confidence, maturity, and credibility to communicate and facilitate clearly and compellingly at all levels of the organization
  • Able to thrive in a fastmoving and ambiguous environment
  • Ability to align and adjust milestones and targets to maintain forward momentum
  • Ability to travel, as required by business
