Canada Tax Reviews is looking to hire a Department Manager to overlook and supervise the Tax Reviews department in the company.

The individual should be be self-motivated, organized and have great communication skills.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, lead, train and manage their staff.
  • Responsible for designing and developing one or more courses of action needed for their department to make it more efficient, organized and profitable.
  • Evaluate the work of their department every month and determine where it is successful and where improvement is needed.
  • Set goals for their teams and find ways to implement them.
  • Be aware of regulation changes, interpret them and be able to make changes to their department when necessary.
  • Generating reports and presenting information to upperlevel managers or other parties.
  • Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Time and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
