Project Coordinator and Dispatcher, you will make an impact on our organization by building customer relationships, providing superior customer service, closing sales, and helping to build a pipeline of prospective customers.

You will use your skills and experience to provide top-notch customer service and solutions-selling, as well as addressing and assigning technicians to various service contracts.

As our Dispatch & Project Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions/alternatives.
Obtaining detailed information and setting realistic expectations by informing customers about the abilities or limitations of GeoScan's technology and services.
Entering bookings into our system and assigning technicians as per skill level, availability, service contract response time, and proximity to the location.
Organizing and optimizing technicians' daily schedule.
Sending job order information as required and debriefing technicians after service calls.
Acting as the first point of contact, closing sales, and upselling services.
Pricing jobs and reviewing customer plans for prospective job requirements.

On your resume, we will be looking for the following:

2+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience.

- demonstrated experience in advanced customer service and client engagement & conflict resolution.

Experience in reviewing construction plans/drawings.
