Bridge Facility Services Ltd is growing again.

We provide temporary and permanent building operators to commercial, retail, and industrial landlords, managers, and owners throughout GVRD, and South Vancouver Island.

Many of our staff have graduated to work with our clients on a full time basis.

We are looking to fill the role of a building operator for a a site in Victoria, BC, providing potential permanent coverage.

Requirements:

Any of the following: Refrigeration Operator Certificate, 5th or 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate.
Common sense, mechanical ability, and building operator experience.
Willing to take direction from clients and management.
Knowledge on chillers, boilers, DDC systems, basic plumbing, and electrical (Light changes, reset breakers Etc.)
Communication skills verbally and written, with tenants, clients, and management.
