Job summary
The Full Time Membership Director plays an important role in accelerating growth for a territory of KidStrong Centers. This position is ultimately responsible for meeting and exceeding goals and targets related to member growth, retention, and community engagement.In this critical position, the Membership Director will demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for the KidStrong brand and curriculum in order to meet and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive membership sales through high-volume outbound phone calls on inbound leads- The Membership Director must execute sound communication with the centers they support- Self management and motivation to exceed KidStrong sales targets- Work closely with Area Developerand General Managers on seamless process in scheduling observations,trials,and enrollments by managingand following up on inbound leads,and complyingwith KidStrong Sales recommended processes
- Sales Coordiantorwill work5 days per weekwith oneof these dayson a weekendwithspecific hoursbasedon theneeds ofthe centersthey support
- Dedicationto buildingthe lead pipeline throughcommunityengagementandselgeneratedpartnershipsarequired.
