Implementation and support of Acumatica ERP platform for new/existing clients by:

  • You will work as an integral part of the MNP ERP implementation team in delivering turn-key implementations for our clients with the aim of creating an extraordinary client experience.
  • Work closely with clients to determine their needs for an effective information system solution;
  • Objective analysis and documentation of clients' business needs, requirements, strategic goals, and business process realignment.
  • Recognize and address gaps by assisting with customized solutions sets;
  • Assist in determining requirements for projects, assess environments and develop blueprint documents, design specs, statements of work, and project schedules;
  • Design, configure, and implement systems and processes that meet client needs;
  • Work in a collaborative team environment providing training and ongoing technical support to clients;
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships ensuring superior customer service.
  • Supporting the client in the identification and analysis of gaps (if any) and ensuring resolution of such gaps, which may involve coordinating with the MNP Dev and/ or IT Support teams
  • Conducting/cocoordinating data migration, resolving any problems encountered or escalating as required
  • Overseeing the "go live" process
  • Monitoring progress against scheduled timeframes throughout the implementation
  • Keeping the project team up to date on the project's progress throughout and escalating issues as appropriate with recommendations/ solutions.
  • Ensuring project deliverables are met as described in the Scope Document and the project is within budget.
  • Ensuring all projectrelated documents are maintained
  • Effectively manage customer expectations keeping them informed of the project status as appropriate
  • Individually learning and training oneself on new modules, addons and new software
  • Demonstrating an understanding of the EndtoEnd life cycle of an ERP Implementation Project
  • Achieving and maintaining certifications for the ERP product you will be working with

Manage customer support in coordination with other departments:

  • Ensure customer support is handled promptly and effectively
  • Follow up and coordinate with other departments
  • Ensure adherence to agreedupon client support procedures
  • Monitoring log of client support issues
  • Escalate and follow up on outstanding client support issues
  • Prioritize and work on multiple projects and take responsibility for all communication to various stakeholders

Manage and grow client relationships:

  • Secure role as the Primary Relationship Manager (PRM) with client
  • Ensure all customer relationships are "referenceable."
  • Communicate effectively and engage with the customer

Skills and Experience

  • Solid understanding of Construction Finance and Project accounting
  • Acumatica Experience is considered an asset
  • Bilingual French is regarded as a strong asset
  • Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or other related fields (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of all functional areas of ERP systems with specialized knowledge and experience in the finance area, along with a solid understanding of related business processes in other operational areas.
  • The CPA designation is considered an asset;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Goaloriented with strong organization and time management skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills, consultative advisory ability;
  • Demonstrated problem solver
  • Proven success training others to develop knowledge and technical competency
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Professional experience in Technical Analysis, System Implementation and System Optimization
  • Some travel may be required
