    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Establish relationships and secure contracts directly with new suppliers and customers
    • Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
    • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to a closed sale
    • Prospect for new customers and qualify against company criteria
    • Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements
    • Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers
    • Draft and deliver proposals
    • Costing analysis
    • Work with technical and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
    • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment
    • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail category management
    • U.
    S. retail experience required as he/she will be selling to corporate U.S. regional corporate offices

    • Understanding of operations and supply chain a must
    • Fluent in English (written/spoken)
    • Entrepreneurial in nature with the will to succeed
    • Good communicator with the ability to close deals
    • Analytical and driven
    • Strong negotiator and self motivated
    • Able to prospect and gain market knowledge and insights
    • Ability to pivot to customer's needs
    • Capable of presenting to decision makers and executives
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
