These materials empower them to forge connections with clients and enhance their brand visibility.

As a Sales Associate, you won't just meet sales targets - you'll surpass them with finesse.

Your primary role involves initiating engaging phone conversations with potential clients, providing valuable marketing insights, and cultivating impactful client relationships.

This is an in-office role located at our head office in Richmond, BC.

What a Sales Associate Does:

Deliver sales presentations to clients/prospects over the telephone, identifying client needs and promoting By Design Publishing's product offerings and services
Build, manage and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients
Implement a sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
Provide quality customer service at all times, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling any customer issues, and escalating calls when needed
Utilize CRM program to place orders and maintain an accurate customer contact database
Stay up to date with product offerings/services and industry climate and competition

What You'll Need to Succeed:

A minimum of 2 years' demonstrated success in sales or a related customer service role
Previous experience in a phonebased sales role is a strong asset
Previous experience using a sales/CRM program is an asset (Salesforce experience is a strong asset)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Highly selfmotivated coupled with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
