Position:
Administrative Assistant

Location: 402 Cory Rd, Saskatoon, Sk

Job Type:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Assistant
Manage data entry with accuracy and efficiency
Maintain and organize files, and records
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
Utilize QuickBooks for accounting and financial tasks
Assist in other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative role
Previous experience with QuickBooks software
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
