JOB OVERVIEW:

Overnight shift

11pm
8am. Clean and maintain all items and surfaces in designated areas, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness. Protect the hotels assets and the guest's safety by following all hotel security procedure.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, followthrough, courtesy, cooperativeness and work with a minimum of supervision.
Ability to endure abundant physical movements in cleaning various work areas.
Previous guest relations training.
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and coworkers to their understanding.
High School graduate or equivalent vocational training.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Stock cleaning carts, storage closets, and front desk back closet
Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, back of house areas, pool and fitness center
Assist housekeepers in guest rooms and public areas, moving furniture, high dusting, making beds, and any other task given
Use designated chemicals, supplies and equipment to clean various floor surfaces (mops, buffers, vacuums, wet vacuum, extractor, shampoo machine, etc). Replace floor mats. Remove debris from elevator tracks.
Maintain and Clean public area restrooms, restock, and empty trash
Deliver special request items, such as, cribs to guest rooms.
