Job description:
The Boutique Customer Care Agent takes the "You're in Good Hands" philosophy and makes it real - delivering on our promises to consumers every day.
Our agencies are open from 9am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 8pm Thursday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
Our standard work week for agency staff is 37.5 hours, and each employee must rotate their work schedule so that the Agency is staffed appropriately.
Therefore, as a condition of employment, you will be required to work some evenings and Saturdays each month on a rotational basis with other Agency staff members.
In addition, as a Boutique Customer Care Agent, you will be focused on providing a high level of support one of Allstate Canada's top Business Development Agent (BDA).
This means that you will be required to go into the agency on days when your Business Development Agent is in agency up to 2 days a week to support them.
Accountabilities:
Manage the renewals process
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell our product line
Use each customer contact as an opportunity to get referrals
Support sales process including admin, service, and marketing initiatives
Support other services within ACG:
Back-office support, regional support, and dedicated Business Development Support
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
Must have General Insurance License (OTL) in the province where you are living or be willing to obtain
Strong knowledge of Allstate Products and Services
Working knowledge of Allstate & vendor technologies, including Plus
Bonus Qualifications:
Prior experience in inside or outside sales or service is an asset
