Morrison Homes is looking for an
Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Calgary. This position will be a combination of accounts payable, general accounting and administration tasks.

Duties:

Full cycle accounts payable including invoice data entry and payment processing
Property tax payments and customer letters
Automobile fleet tracking including repairs and maintenance, insurance, driver list, etc.
Petro Canada/Home Depot card maintenance and tracking
Filing and other admin tasks as assigned
Assisting with reconciliations of Visa Statements

Education & Skills

Education and knowledge of basic accounting
Two or more years experience in an Accounts Payable position
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with Sage (Timberline) Accounting Software or similar programs such as QuickBooks, Simply Accounting or Great Plains Dynamics is required
Trustworthy and professional
Able to multitask and prioritize
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment, but also work independently
