    We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Clerk to join our team based in the Firm's Fredericton, NB office.

    Type of Position: Full-Time, Permanent

    Close Date: April 24, 2024

    The Opportunity:

    An integral member of our administration team, the Firm's Administrative Support Clerks are responsible for assisting our Legal Assistants and lawyers with various administrative tasks.

    In particular, the successful candidate will be responsible for opening and closing files, scanning, pulling duplicate documents, retrieving files from storage, and delivering files throughout the office.

    The successful candidate will also be responsible for saving files in our online document management system, photocopying and binding, ordering office supplies, and will provide backup support to members of the Administrative team, including reception coverage.

    If you have experience in an office environment, the ability to problem solve and have a high degree of organization and attention to detail, we want to hear from you This position may be required to move or lift heavy items on occasion.
