Our innovative and growing company is hiring a Welding Supervisor.


Responsibilities for Welding Supervisor:


  • Assess and setup of training programs.
  • Read, interpret and work from controlled documentation and processes Continuously improve processes and manpower efficiency, utilization and productivity.
  • Experience in Blue Print Reading, Lean Manufacturing and Team Building is a must.
  • Must be computer literate and possess excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Provides day to day supervision of employee job execution.
  • Executes daily tasks in order to support production requirements.
  • Manages all hourly employees in the assigned departments.

Qualifications for Welding Supervisor:


  • Must have Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role.
  • Must have experience in an assembly environment.
  • Positive attitude and good leadership abilities.
  • Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of high volume manufacturing experience.
  • At least 3 years in a high volume manufacturing sector.
