Position:
Full-Time Maintenance and Custodian Worker (Non-Union Position)

(Temporary Assignment ending November 30, 2024)

Current Location:
Maintenance Department - 401 Champagne Drive

Hours and Days of Work
Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm (40 hours a week)

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma program in Maintenance or related field.
Ideal experience 3 years in maintenance and 3 years in electrical work.
At least one (3) years' experience with minor repairs.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Must have the ability to work as a team and independently.
Must have a valid G driver's license.
French language is an asset.

Job Duties

To work in a residential and day program setting providing maintenance support and executing maintenance requests.
Ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner.
Reporting in writing all maintenance and repairs needed.
Responsible for providing support with appliance repairs, plumbing, dry wall, carpentry repair and installation, floor waxing, pest control, roofs and gutters, painting and usage of tools and equipment.
General maintenance of facilities.
