- University degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field.

- Demonstrated knowledge of software development life cycle and system management.
- Proven experience in overseeing cross-functional systems development projects and applying architect concepts.

Position Purpose:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Information Technology, you will oversee strategic operations within a designated Faculty/Service, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical staff. Your key responsibilities include leading the implementation of application solutions, collaborating with business owners to define data sources and business rules, and designing data models for the data warehouse environment. You will also play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing operational applications, driving the testing and enhancement of various systems, and selecting appropriate technologies for seamless implementation.
