    Description
    Our client is a highly respected boutique residential real estate firm. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Paralegal to join their firm.

    The ideal candidate will be polished and professional and have a minimum of three years of residential real estate experience within a legal capacity.


    Responsibilities:


    Assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents and correspondence, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and mortgage documents.

    Drafting correspondence and communicating with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals involved in the transactionMaintaining and organizing client filesWork closely with the supervising lawyer; Qualifications:

    Legal Assistant Diploma from a recognized institution;Minimum of three (3) years of experience handling residential real estate files from beginning to end;Experience using Law Done Deal (LDD) or a similar system;Experience handling private lending files is considered an asset;Have the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight timelines and deadlinesDedicated to providing quality service to clients;ca At Urban Legal Recruitment we guarantee discretion and confidentiality.
