Position Summary
We are currently recruiting three part time Bilingual Client Service Representatives to join our team working remotely from home in Canada .
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for the intake of new claims, primarily auto and property claims. This includes documenting new claim details on behalf of insurance companies, providing the insured with immediate assistance required at the time of the call, and assigning new claims to the appropriate insurance company.
This is a 24/7 operation with peak volume occurring in the evenings and over the weekends. Our scheduling team will work with successful candidates to create a schedule that balances employee and business needs.

Résumé de la Position
Nous recrutons actuellement trois représentants du service client bilingues à temps partiel pour rejoindre notre équipe travaillant à distance depuis chez nous au Canada.
Un représentant du service à la clientèle est responsable de la réception des nouvelles réclamations, principalement des réclamations automobiles et immobilières. Cela comprend la documentation des détails des nouvelles réclamations au nom des compagnies d'assurance, la fourniture à l'assuré de l'assistance immédiate requise au moment de l'appel et l'attribution des nouvelles réclamations à la compagnie d'assurance appropriée.
Il s'agit d'une opération 24h/24 et 7j/7, avec des pics de volume le soir et le week-end. Notre équipe de planification travaillera avec les candidats retenus pour créer un horaire qui équilibre les besoins des employés et de l'entreprise.
