    Randstad Canada's Healthcare division is currently supporting a non retail pharmacy in Moncton with their hiring requirement for a full-time, permanent Pharmacy Manager, who would work 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, within the range of the open hours of the pharmacy (Monday-to-Friday with on call rotations) and a schedule that would be provided in advance.

    The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy follows policies, standards and pharmacy regulations.

    The Pharmacy Manager makes sure that daily tasks related to the dispensary and clinical pharmacy services are carried out in a compliant manner with procedures, policies and regulations as well as in line with operational outcomes/goals.

    • Annual compensation range is provided as our estimate the hiring manager will discuss compensation in actual terms with successful candidates and the actual pay rate will be based on the successful individual's credentials and related experience for the role with our client pharmacy.
    Responsibilities

    • Ensure pharmacy team of RPh's, RPhT's and PA's is working in alignment with all goals, regulations and standards
    • Support management and prevention of medication incidents
    • Overseeing all staff including scheduling
    • Ensure all day operational duties of pharmacy team are completed in collaboration with other site leaders
    • Collaborate with various team members to support new initiatives, work to achieve strategic vision, build and maintain relationships and support the development of new business
    • Support financial management (budgetary goals, assist with payroll activities, and bill payment and other special projects)
    • Steers the business using KPIs to improve pharmacy efficiency and team productivity
    • Managing people including but not limited to documentation relating to payroll and HRrelated items / accountability agreements, planning labour, managing conflict
    • Assisting with the management of inventory including overseeing drug recall processes
    • Supporting special projects as required
    • Other duties related to the role of Pharmacy Manager
    Qualifications

    • Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with College of Pharmacy in NB
    • Current or prior leadership experience in a pharmacy setting is mandatory
    • LEAN experience is an asset
