What You'll Do:

The Geomatics Project Manager will be part of the TULLOCH Geomatics team


You will:

  • Function as Project Manager in all aspects of project delivery including bidding and proposal preparation, project setup, logistics, resource and technical planning and execution, billing and collections
  • Set up new projects
  • Provide project updates to the Discipline Manager and General Manager
  • Supervise field crews in the field and remotely from office locations
  • Supervise drafting staff in the creation of survey deliverables relating to engineering surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys
  • Calculate and check horizontal alignments for linear highway and roadway projects
  • Complete Engineering Survey Plan Checking including base plans, profiles, cross sections, and DTMs
  • Prepare survey reports, drafting and DTM processing reports, and control survey reports
  • Liaise with clients and promote business development

Who You Are:


  • You have 5+ years experience working in Geomatics project management or a related role
  • You have an aptitude for business development and client relations
  • You have experience with total station and GPS equipment
  • You understand LIDAR data and collection methods
  • You are proficient in AutoCAD LDD, InRoads, and Civil3D
  • You have experience with horizontal alignments and Highway Geometric Design
  • You understand Ontario Legal Survey information, including legal survey plans, Block maps, MTO Title Records, and associated documents
  • You can prioritize multiple projects in a fastpaced team environment
  • You can travel for site inspections and fieldwork

  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to navigate confidential matters and manage sensitive data
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid Class G driver's licence
