    Description
    Operations Manager - Windsor, Land Development and Municipal Engineering

    WSP is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering (LDME) team in Windsor. Your main role will involve building a team, focusing on business development, and overseeing project delivery.

    Our LDME team in Windsor has strong relationships with developers, Municipalities, Townships, Cities, and Regions across Ontario and Canada. Collaborating with internal disciplines, we handle a variety of projects in Land Development from planning to construction.

    As the Operations Manager, you will lead strategic growth, staff development, client management, and project delivery in Southwest Ontario. Your responsibilities include partnering internally and externally, managing project finances and technical aspects, and ensuring client satisfaction.

    • Strategic Planning to increase market share
    • Building the local Windsor Office Team
    • Developing and Mentoring staff
    • Business Development with existing and new clients
    • Overseeing Project Management and Approvals
    • Financial Management of Projects
    • Other assigned duties
    What you'll bring to WSP...
    • 10+ years of consultancy experience in Windsor land development
    • Project management expertise in land development and municipal engineering
    • P. Eng. registered in Ontario
    • Deep knowledge of land development approvals in Windsor region
    • Excellent client management and communication skills
    • Strong financial and project management skills
    • Valid Ontario driver's license
    • Established network in land development industry
