Are you a people person that loves to help provide overall assistance when handling customers after they've endured an accident?


Imagine this, as the receptionist at Royal Auto Collision your day-to-day responsibilities will be heavily focused on interacting with customers to provide information and guidance after they've had a collision.


With your exceptional customer service skills, you'll respond to all inquiries about the services we offer at our collision centre while updating customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Administration office duties
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Handle all data entry
  • Speak with customers to discuss damages, repair process and timeline and costs.
  • Update customers on their repair process and give them correct information on the status of their repairs
  • Prepare and inspect all Body shop files for accurate posting and payment before pickup
  • Handle all payments after the repairs are completed
  • Closeout repair orders
  • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues

Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour
