Roles/Responsibilities
- assist maintenance and trades as required
- assist Division with deliveries, moving of furniture, supplies, and equipment
- mechanized and hand snow removal
- year round grounds maintenance
- maintenance of grounds machinery
- routinely maintain exterior garbage receptacles
- inspect/repair playground equipment
- perform on call duties
- additional duties as required

Qualifications and Required Skills

High School Diploma

- clean Class 5 Alberta Driver's License
- skidsteer loader operators certificate or +200 hrs
- mechanical aptitude
- ability to problem solve
- work well independently and as part of a team
- demonstrate professionalism and respect for others
- perform duties with a high level of workmanship and safety
- high level of physical fitness and manual dexterity
- able to work safely with hand and power tools
