Preventive Maintenance

  • Responsible for the preventive maintenance of plant and facilities equipment in regards to lubrication and water treatment
  • Tasks include scheduling, lubrication, lubrication & chemical inventory control, cleaning parts, changing oil, water chemical analysis of both chilled, steam and heating water circuits with associated adjustments to steam generators and chemical feed systems and documentation
  • Cleans and maintains equipment and work areas in sanitary conditions
  • Follow all plant safety rules and OSHA
  • May work in extreme temperature conditions
  • Perform other duties as necessary for maintenance

Salary:
From $17.30 per hour
