Position Overview:

Join the Finning family Finning Canada is seeking an Apprentice Parts Person to join our great team in Regina, SK.

As the Parts Apprentice, you will handle a variety of parts counter sales related duties within the branch while pursuing a Parts Journeyperson Certification.

Our Incentives Include:

Starting Wage of $28.30 / hr

- $250 / year Boot Allowance

Monday to Friday (5 x 2)

Job Description:

Support all parts functions including maintaining customer relationships, providing sales support for telephone, walk in and shop parts needs
Effectively managing all facets of the parts ordering process and system.
Source and order new and used CAT and nonCAT parts
Processing parts credits
Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
Process customer orders
Participate in parts related special projects and assignments
Participate in call quality and performance initiatives as required

Other functions may include but are not limited to:

NEP sourcing of CAT and non-CAT parts
Procurement of nonCAT parts
Managing backordered parts

Qualifications:

Successful completion of grade 12.

years previous experience working with customer sales, parts and/or warehouse is required

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Safety focused team player
Successful completion of Finning Pre-Apprenticeship Testing.
Computer proficiency with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
