    MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer

    MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our client in Calgary, AB. They are an established engineering firm known for their expertise in providing innovative and sustainable solutions across a wide range of sectors, including civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. With a track record of successful projects and a commitment to client satisfaction, our client continues to be a trusted leader in the industry.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Analyze data for budgeting, client profitability, and risk management, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
    2. Serve as Relationship Manager or Technical Specialist for project delivery.
    3. Plan and review resource-intensive projects efficiently.
    4. Establish operational standards and address cost control issues.
    5. Maintain technical expertise and mentor teammates.
    6. Identify projects for technical awards and collaborate for large projects.
    7. Uphold company culture, values, and safety policies.
    8. Obtain necessary certifications for leadership roles.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • P.Eng. status
    • 8+ years of experience
    • Proficient with AutoCad and Revit
    • Experience working with clients
    • Leadership/Mentorship experience of junior engineers
