    We're looking for an eager, solution-oriented and skilled Principal Engineer with a strong background in Healthcare, Java development, and Cloud technologies.

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and driving the modernization efforts within our healthcare technology stack, maximising their expertise in Java programming and Cloud solutions.


    Java and Cloud Technologies:
    Lead and participate in the development of robust, scalable, and maintainable Java applications.
    Provide technical leadership in Java programming, ensuring alignment to coding standards and best practices.
    Mentor and guide development teams in Java-related technologies.
    Ensure the security and compliance of healthcare data in the cloud environment.
    Architect and implement solutions on cloud platforms, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
    Evaluate and recommend appropriate cloud services and technologies to optimize healthcare system operations.
    Find opportunities for technology upgrades, performance improvements, and enhanced user experiences.


    Technical Leadership:
    Work closely with multi-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
    Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical partners, providing updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard processes to ensure the continuous evolution of our healthcare systems.

    Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Extensive experience in Java development and a strong understanding of Java-related technologies.
