Job Description:


General Responsibility


The Assistant Residential Site Manager assists the Site Manager in managing overall maintenance services including all administrative and organizational obligations.

The Assistant Site Manager will aid in planning and coordinating all maintenance activities, changes to any procedures, any other maintenance / administrative responsibilities.

This role will serve as the primary contact to the Customer and BEUMER Group when the Site Manager is not available.


Responsibilities

  • Communicate the vision and strategy, set forth by the Site Manager and Company leadership, to team members
  • Develop, inspire, and motivate the Residential Service Team
  • Retain accountability for results when delegating
  • Maintain a strong focus on desired results
  • Develop and organize resources so that plans are fulfilled or exceeded
  • Assist in managing the Residential Service business plan for the region
  • Coordinate with maintenance managers worldwide.
  • Continuous Improvement Management
  • Exclusive Reporting internal and external
  • Carry out other assignments as assigned

Qualifications:


Requirements:


  • Mechanical or Electrical Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Management in Baggage Handling Systems or Material Handling Equipment
  • RAIC Security Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain such clearance
  • Financial/Business sense
  • Strategy insight and comprehension
  • Comprehension of values and strong leadership competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Six Sigma philosophy
  • CMMS knowledge
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project)
