THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Field Marketing Manager will support our busy and growing Sales & Marketing teams.

The successful applicant will be a hungry and hardworking self-starter, determined to continue to build a career in technology event marketing.


YOU ARE GREAT AT:


  • Coordinating with marketing organizations in various countries to schedule key initiatives designed to fuel the pipeline, drive revenue, meet sales targets and corporate goals.
  • Build positive relationships with sales leadership within the region to build events to support their region and achieve their goals.
  • Liaise between the regional sales team and the various functions of corporate marketing.
  • Research and report creative event options, offsite venues, and entertainment based on program format and budget.
  • Provide onsite event support, registration management, and other support as needed.
  • Participate in planning meetings (as needed) and post event summaries for all events.
  • Possess extensive project management skills; running an event from its inception all the way to post event reporting (running in conjunction with Marketing Operations team).
  • Complete all internal documents; seeing them through the approval structure (Purchase Request and Return on Investment).
  • Act as the main point of contact for all external vendors as well as employees in order to effectively communicate our event presence.
  • Balance budget allocation and reconciliation.

Build timely post event reporting statistics (post show documents, financial reconciliation, lead input, Salesforce campaign creation, and ongoing pipeline creation based on activities).


  • Assist with management/ deployment of alliance and other partner funds.

WHAT IT TAKES:


  • Ability to multitask and run multiple projects at once while remaining fiscally responsible.
  • 35 years of project management experience specializing in large scale and targeted marketing programs.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands.
  • Be a selfstarter taking initiative while simultaneously being able to adapt to sudden changes and work with mínimal supervision.
  • Experience in managing budgets.
  • Resultsoriented, customer driven, organized with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel when required.
  • Approximately 20% travel, but up to 30% during peak event times.
  • Knowledge of general marketing function.
  • Knowledge of product marketing fundamentals.
  • Proven marketing experience gained within a field marketing environment
