Description

Responsibilities:


  • Build new relationships, maintain, and grow existing relationships with clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, analysis, and discovery
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements and develop pricing solutions to clients' transportation needs
  • Be the first point of contact for the clients and ensure their service expectations are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Manage customers RPF process and pricing needs of customers
  • Work with Operations Teams in developing overall growth strategy of customers transportation network needs.
  • Manage the daytoday clients' freight movements in collaboration with Operations
  • Proactively participate in sales meetings and reporting on sales goals, forecasting, and wins

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Energetic, relentless, and thriving on hunting for opportunities
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and negotiation experience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Constructive problem solver
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role
  • Flexible in work hours and adaptable to changing workload
  • Proficient in Outlook; intermediate in Excel and Word
  • Strong knowledge of SalesForce or similar CRM software
  • Experience in the transportation industry an asset.

Salary:
$65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
