Position Overview


A strategic and decisive marketer responsible for the strategy and execution to optimize customer lifetime value, ascension, retention, and win-back.


Key Duties:

You will
support the Senior Manager, Student Marketing and the marketing team with:

  • Planning and managing e-commerce launches promoting merchandise to members.
  • Ascending pack owners to membership with quarterly promotions per brand.
  • Winning back exmembers through dynamic and oneoff campaigns.
  • Developing and executing customer retention and churn management strategies.

You will be
primarily tasked to:


  • Drive key projects from concept to launch, including working cross-organizationally, ensuring timelines, budgets and commitments are met, while providing exceptional communication to team members, leaders, and stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Creating a campaign tracking plan and tools to evaluate results, identify bestperforming marketing activities, refine the plan, and implement improvements.
  • Leveraging A/B experimentation to manage performance, drive channel and campaign optimization, and identify key drivers of trends in customer behaviour.
  • Driving customer engagement through targeted marketing and merchandising increases order frequency and volume.
  • Generating and tracking revenue related to ecommerce launches, winback campaigns, and member ascension.
  • Optimize retention, winback, ascension, and order frequency including ideation, outlines, proposals, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

E-commerce Launches:

Monthly e-commerce launches promoting merchandise, practice posters, or other physical products to members. 2-3 day promotions.

Pack Ascension:

Ascend our pack owners to members with quarterly promotions per brand - sharing the added value a membership provides and crafting low-barrier offers.

Ex-Member Winback:

Run quarterly campaigns per brand to share what's new in the membership and encourage ex-members to rejoin with low-barrier offers.


  • Revenue Generation: You will have revenue goals based on the above activities.

Key Qualifications:


  • Knowledge/Education/Experience_
  • A degree or certification in marketing, communications, or similar is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
  • Skills, Abilities and Other Attributes_

  • Mental Effort:
  • 34 hours of moderate mental effort for activities such as outlining promotions, projections & analysis, and team collaboration.
  • Physical Effort: A typical day consists of 7 hours of sitting/standing at a desk for a long duration and being able to look at a screen and keyboarding for long durations. You will get a onehour break, and there is flexibility regarding when you begin and start your day.

Reporting Structure:


  • Reports to Senior Manager, Student Experience
  • No direct reports, the potential for future management

What we offer you:

- $70,000-$80,000 CAD annually.
