    Work-At Home Telephone Sales Representative

    Position Overview

    This role supports consumer and business outbound sales programs for commercial clients.

    1. Makes outbound calls to prospects and customers, acquires new customers and upsells existing ones, provides customers with information on client products and services.

    Responsibilities

    • Listens to customers, understands their needs, resolves customer issues using systems and technology.
    • Recognizes sales opportunities and applies sales skills to upgrade offerings to meet customer needs.


    Candidate Qualifications:




    • Must be 18 years of age or older.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Excellent organizational written oral communication skills necessary.

    • Able to type swiftly accurately (20+ words a minute).
    • Bases knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) helpful.
