Job Requirements- This position is eligible for the _

_
- be between 15 and 30 years of age
at the beginning of the employment period*;
- be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment**; and,
- have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
- Postsecondary courses in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Computer Studies, Office Administration. Demonstrated Customer Service or related discipline, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience in an office environment with multiservice provision and/or a broad knowledge of a variety of municipal services is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
- Excellent interpersonal, public relations, organization, and problem/complaint resolution skills.
- Demonstrated good written communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy is necessary as is a strong comfort level with numerical responsibilities.
- Outstanding customer service skills with an ability to maintain composure regardless of the demands of the environment.
- Ability to prioritize demands, meet customer service standards and deadlines. Previous experience demonstrating a higher level of multitasking.
- Ability to handle all matters with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
